Many of our clothing items are Ready-to-wear. To purchase the product, carefully crosscheck your measurement on the size chart image and then select the relevant color and size options. Do you offer bulk discount / wholesale?

How long before my order is shipped?
And how long does delivery take?

For custom-made orders, delivery time will be dependent on design and quantity of orders. For delivery of items already displayed on the page, kindly go through our Ramore shipping policy to see all shipping/delivery duration for different countries.

Do you offer expedited services?

We offer expedited processing and fast shipping services it you want your product delivered as soon as possible. In most cases, this will be done after paying an express fee. Kindly go through our Ramore shipping policy to see charges and duration for expedited deliveries for different countiries.

Do you allow Returns and Exchanges?

Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items if we receive them within 10 days after it was delivered to you. For terms and conditions and other information about returns and exchanges, go through our Ramore return & exchange policies to get all available details of the above mentioned issue.

Am I going to receive exactly what I see
on my computer screen?

We guarantee that colors, styles and quality are the same as what you see on our site but due to variations in computer calibration / resolution, the color shown on your computer screen may be slightly different from the exact color of the item. Products may not be exactly 100% on your body as photographed on model because of variations in body shape. However, we work closely with our customers to make sure to deliver a size that will suit and complement your individual body type.

Do you restock sold out items?

We are always updating our inventory with new styles and in most cases, we restock sold out items. If you are interested in purchasing an item that's currently unavailable, please email enquiries@ramorebykay.com with subject – Sold out items and we will let you know if an item will be restocked or if it has been discontinued. For items that will be restocked, we will let you know the expected time of arrival. Also email updates can be sent to you when your selected/preferred item/s is/are restocked if you request for that option.

Can you offer alteration service for my product?

Yes please, items are made to suit your specific fashion needs/preferences, so if you require any alterations before purchase like longer length, more allowance etc, that can be done with no additional charge. However, if alterations are requested after purchase and delivery, you will bear the cost of courier back to Ramore and also back to you after the alterations (this after purchase alterations are for customers within Nigeria only). You can also choose to completely exchange the product for a smaller or bigger size but this comes with 20% handling charges. Do you have weekend hours?

We generally respond within 24 hrs of receiving emails. In case our customer service line is not available, feel free to leave a voicemail and a staff will contact you within 24 hours. Our work lines are open for calls from 9am-5pm Mondays- Fridays and emails only all through weekends.
